Our opening hours are as follows:

Weekdays: 6:30am - 8:00pm (last entry at 7pm)
Weekends: 8:00am - 7:00pm (last entry at 6pm)
Off-peak times on weekdays: 12:00 noon - 3:00pm (discounted prices)

Premier Membership

1 month only: £65 per person
6 months: £250 per person
12 months: £500 per person
Monthly re-occurring: £50 per person

Included in our Premier Membership is the following:

Full use of gym facilities
Free gym induction
Full use of indoor pool
Full use of Jacuzzi, sauna, and steam room
Access to all exercise classes
Optional fitness assessment by a Personal Trainer, including body fat, weight, and body measurements, plus a 6-week training programme
4 free day guest passes for the pool and gym (per 12 months of membership),or 2 guest passes per 6 months of membership
Discount on Food & Drink at The Mole

*Minimum 3-month term for direct debit. No refunds available for annual or 6 months membership.
